Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) strategically sells the company’s LED lighting solutions through development of new accounts, managing existing accounts, and educating the end user on product quality and reliability. The BDM oversees the various vertical markets in the geographic region developing, fostering, maintaining, and expanding customer networks and relationships.

Customer Service Representative

As part of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Representative is a resource for the sales team and for the customer.  The CSR engages with customers who reach out for products including new orders, checking on order status, product offerings, technical support, and service information.  Creates quotes, discusses product availability, and communicate to the customer and/ or the sales team member.

Software Engineer

The Software Engineer is responsible for evaluating and implementing controls and communication in LED lighting.  Will develop firmware and programs for embedded systems, primarily micro-controllers, for controls and communications in lighting.  Responsible for designing test implementations in actual and simulated environments to verify intended function. Able to convert concepts for control of LED lights into algorithms and ultimately code.  Will support creation of patents by expressing ideas in the form of invention disclosures that discuss the novelty an usefulness of algorithms.

Test Engineer

The Test Engineer is responsible for development and execution of test plans and procedures to evaluate LED products and components.  Evaluations include electrical, thermal, optical, and mechanical properties extending to creation of production QA test procedures.  Responsible for creating and presenting test reports and support documentation, presentation will be internally to company personnel and externally to review agencies.  The Test Engineer will perform electrical measurements using power analyzers, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.  Will also develop and carry out test procedures, document results, write and present test reports internally as well as for third party approval (UL, FCC, etc.)
