LIGHTFAIR International 2018 went by so quickly for us at Energy Focus!
We launched two brand new products, the Commercial Double-Ended Ballast Bypass (DEBB) LED Tube and the Commercial T5 High Output LED Tube and announced that we now offer several different types of fixtures to house our LED tubes.
This year, LIGHTFAIR International 2018 was located in Chicago, IL from May 8th through May 10th. The annual LIGHTFAIR International show and conference is the world’s largest architectural and commercial lighting exhibition. In 2017, more than 27,000 people attended the show and learned about the latest in lighting design innovations from more than 500 exhibitors.
We were in Booth 3658 showing customers how to achieve greater energy efficiency, productivity, and wellness in their facilities. We taught them about the health hazards associated with flicker, and how our flicker-free technology eliminates these concerns.
At LIGHTFAIR International 2017, we introduced a working prototype of our RedCap™ Emergency Battery Back-Up LED tube. This year, we were able to display a fully functional, ready to purchase RedCap™, and it was a huge success! Everyone loved seeing how a fully-integrated tubular LED acts as both general purpose lighting and emergency egress lighting in the event of a power failure.
To celebrate the past year, we invited everyone at LIGHTFAIR to join us for a reception at our Booth Wednesday night. We invited customers to enjoy a complimentary drink, meet with one of our knowledgeable sales managers, and our CEO Ted Tewksbury.
We thoroughly enjoyed LIGHTFAIR International 2018 and can’t wait to be back for year 2019!
