Quality inspection is an indispensable part of the manufacturing process. However, traditional paper-based inspection methods often face challenges such as time-consuming manual record-keeping, scattered data that is difficult to manage uniformly, and inefficiencies in handling abnormalities. To optimize these areas, our IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspection checklist has been digitized, fundamentally improving inspection efficiency and accuracy.
This system completely eliminates paper-based records. Inspectors can now record data in real time through the system, which is then synchronized with the backend for archiving and analysis, effectively eliminating problems caused by paper loss or illegible handwriting. The system also includes features such as auto-completion and anomaly alerts, which not only simplify the operational process but also significantly reduce the occurrence of human errors.
By replacing inefficient paper-based operations, this solution has made quality inspection a key pillar of efficient manufacturing, setting a new standard for quality assurance within enterprises.
To resolve these issues, we have implemented an online system for SOP document management. This not only greatly simplifies the process of accessing SOP documents but also enhances the efficiency and security of document management through various intelligent features, achieving a comprehensive upgrade from NAS-based to digitalized SOP management.

Replacing Paper-Based Operations with Full Digitalization
Combined with NFC Technology to Ensure Quality Control on-site
Automation Features to Improve Efficiency

By combining automation technology with process transparency, the inspection work has achieved unprecedented precision and efficiency. The system can automatically generate inspection items that meet the specific needs of each workstation (such as maintenance stations, assembly stations), completely replacing the previous cumbersome manual item selection process. Moreover, the system includes intelligent data entry for sampling checks and anomaly alerts, making the inspection work smoother and more intuitive, while significantly lowering the learning curve and work pressure for quality control personnel.

The system enables comprehensive record management of the inspection process. From the inspection content to the reasons for anomalies and subsequent corrective actions, every step is clearly documented, forming a detailed and complete operational tracking record. This transparent management approach makes inspection not just an execution task, but a data-driven quality control assurance.
